Kate Mikhaylova

Passionate about renovation and remodeling, Ekaterina “Kate” Mikhaylova had fallen in love with real estate long before she turned it into a successful career.  With a degree in finance and a professional background in complex financial negotiation and deal-brokering, Kate is perfectly poised to offer her clients far more than the average real estate agent.  After working with clients from countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe, she appreciates diverse cultures and works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Kate participates in local long distance running races and welcomes an invite to a 5K any day.  She enjoys cooking international dishes, working out, swimming, traveling, and learning about other cultures.  Kate is fluent in Russian, speaks Portuguese, and is learning Spanish.

Kate’s goal is to give every client high-quality service in Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and most recently Delaware.  A Washingtonian for over two decades, Kate owns a second home in Ocean City, MD which allows her to serve clients along the Atlantic coast in addition to her home base in DC.
